Before I ate here the waiter explained to me the crust was thin, crispy, yet chewy and the cheese was a "wet" mozzarella.
I'll try anything once.
A unique pie with unfortunately soggy wet floppy crust was presented to us. If that's obligated to the style then this probably isn't the pizza place for me. It was like topping soup poured on paper-thin soggy flatbread. But hey, it was a good soup, and the waiter complimented my fresh haircut. B)
