This is a great PetSmart. I've been here about 7 or 8 times. They're usually very nice and don't give you the signature PetSmart employee "look" as if you're buying something that isn't good for your pet. I've had 50 million opinions from PetSmart employees in the past contradicting themselves on what dog food to buy and what dog food makes me a horrible owner..
Anyways, I came in with an online coupon today for $10 off any purchase. After I gave the dude my phone number for my membership card, and he scanned the coupon, it came up that I already used it... Which I didn't. He didn't ask questions and immediately took off the 10 bucks. Great customer service!
Did not give 5 stars cuz without a coupon, PetSmart is usually more expensive than others for my needs..
