The two technicians were friendly, but I got scammed the same way everyone else did. I should have done my research and yelped first. I got hooked in with the 59 for 4 rooms deal and ended up paying $380 because I needed a "deep cleaning". Because they were here and I needed the job done, I paid. Now looking at all of the reviews, I'm convinced the $59 deal is just the way to get into your home. First and the last time I use this company.
Update 3/17/2017- After 22 hours, my carpets are STILL WET!!! I did everything they told me and everything is still wet. How am I supposed to maintain clean carpets when wet carpet attracts more dirt? I am so disappointed. This isn't the first time I've had my carpets cleaned. I've never paid this much and I've never had carpet that remains wet after a whole day.
