My family (husband, and in-laws) have been coming to Sansone's for years now and we've never been disappointed with the service. We all have either Honda's, Toyota's or Nissan's, and they service all of them. We have them do the regular oil changes, minor and major services, and anytime something comes up (besides brakes, and that's only because we've used the same brake guy for even longer than we've known about Sansone's). Anytime something major comes up, which isn't often, with the price they quote us, I've never felt like they're pulling a fast one. The staff here is also really great. Chuck the front desk guy always remembers us, and which car belongs to whom, so whenever we call for an appointment, it's quick and painless. And the fact that they DO remember us is nice and makes you feel like it's more than just a business. They have a courtesy shuttle, and they'll take you anywhere you need to go if you're car is going to be there for awhile. Generally for oil changes I wait there, and it's usually only about 30min at the most. I feel like too since I have my 2YO daughter with me they don't dawdle too long on my car.
