I'm really not sure why the rating aren't higher for this location. I've been coming here for years and now don't live close but I still travel here to get my eyes examined and get new glasses because of the great customer service I've always gotten here. They have a large selection of frames. I've always found something that I like. The exam is thorough and if ever I've had any issues they have been immediately corrected but again it's rare. The other reason I continue to come back is because of Neil. He is so patient and kind and really works hard to get you set up in the right pair of glasses and will also adjust them as if they were his own pair. He's amazing. Than you Neil for keeping me coming back and to the other staff members. You guys rock.
