We just had two new air conditioning units installed and a much needed duct cleaning done.
The quote was actually less than the competition (and approved by the most knowledgeable person in the family, a professional plumber) and the guys seemed to know what they were doing, but when they left, I found trash in the house, my toilet lid up when I always keep it down to prevent my cats from getting in it, and we got a call from a roofing company about coming by to fix some possible damage, which, even though it's being completely covered by Yes!, nobody bothered to mention to us while they were here.
Almost, guys. Almost.
Edit: and... of course, our brand new upstairs unit stopped working last night! The middle of summer and it was miserable.
