This place is... gigantic. TONS of selection. If they don't have it, you don't need it.
If you're planning on stopping by The Shoe Box, make sure you have time. You'll need it to browse the massive selection they have as well as the bargain room in back. We *always* shop here for shoes. While you can find some better deals elsewhere (a clearance sale, bogo, whatnot), you still want to check in here to make sure you're not missing something better.
The staff are always super-friendly and smart. We know when we come here we'll be treated well and given honest feedback (if the shoes have good support, if they'll last, etc.).
Also, make sure you have enough time to simply "look around". There's a bunch of memorabilia hanging around you won't want to miss. Plus, you can "chat" with the birds around the store. The kids hate coming here - until we're inside and they get to see all the sights. Then we can't ge them to leave...
The store can get VERY busy. Weekends can be a zoo. If you can stop by at an odd hour (mid-week, mid-day), you won't have to battle the masses.
