This review is solely based on quality and is not reflective of the staff. I've been bringing clothes to thrift d lux for about one year. A few months ago after picking up my items I noticed a pair of my linen pants had a small hole on the back of one of the legs that had been stitched. I thought it was strange since I had brought the linen pants to thrift d lux without the hole and stitching. I brushed it off thinking it was a one-off situation and was grateful that at least they stitched up the hole. I've since had this happen twice and feel that the problem should be addressed, but if nothing else at the least recognized. This is absolutely unacceptable. The pants I can forgive, but now two shirts have noticeable holes and stitching in the front that I will of course never again wear. This is a very poor customer experience. What's worse is a damaged tag was never attached to the items which leads me to believe thrift d lux does not acknowledge their mistake and simply hopes the customer does not notice. The clothes can be replaced but their deceitful manner of conducting business is irreversible.
