The first time I went, I was absorbed with watching what was happening in the salt cave (how do you watch relaxation?). The second time, I gave up watching and just relaxed. When I left, I could breathe better than I had been able to for a long time....my sinuses were completely opened. The people here are wonderful and so helpful. I feel fortunate that the Salt Room is only 5 minutes from my home. If you plan on going regularly (like me), a membership is the way to go!
