First off let me start by saying that I rarely, almost never complain about service or food but this place needed a review. My wife and I visited the MGM this past week and not being much for gambling, we went for the food and pools that Vegas has to offer. This place totally let me down. The only thing worse than the food was the service. The tuna tasted like it had been defrosted for a week or more. The waiter completely ignored us and I'd say all around the food just sucked for a better lack of words. Emril's Fish House was fantastic. Down the strip we ate at Guy Fieri's place and that was beyond excellent. Wolfgang's was one of the worst experiences that we've ever had. You could burn the heck out of my steak and I wouldn't return it, so it takes a lot for me to complain. Seriously. I would rather eat chips and a soda in my hotel room before going back to this eatery. This resturant served us low quality food, forgot our wine completely and still put it on the bill. If I was Wolfgang, I'd make changes right away, starting with a well trained staff. Go to any other resturant that the MGM has to offer is my strong recommendation.
