One star off for not being authentic mexican food. It's like the Applebee's / Chili's of Mexican food.
One star off for how long the food took to come out. Everyone at our table had a margarita and ate all the chips, we were too full for the actual food when it came!
They have a build your own plate option, which is cheaper than other plates, where you can get more variety, but the portions are smaller than the normal named entrees.
They don't have shredded beef, sadly, just ground beef.
The servers were super diligent, polite, attentive. The cooks just took forever.
