The service was absolutely ridiculous, there was not enough workers. The food was extremely poor quality and tasted horrible. We walked in to a huge line, no host to even greet us and take our name. The host themselves couldn't read their own paper and didn't know the names to call when calling for tables. They claimed to have called our name, but it was never called and two parties ended up sitting before us. The food was poor quality and noodles weren't cooked, no egg came in the soup even though we were told it did. We ordered a beer and chili sauce that never came. We had to go track someone down for water and the bill. When asked if we could split the bill with cash and the rest on card they said no because the card had to be swiped first. We then told them to split the bill between two cards and the waitress came back and said that she only swiped one card, without even asking. I wouldn't recommend Bachi Burger. I've heard good things and the group that I was with, went in the past and said that the food and the service has done a complete 180.
