I should have checked Yelp sooner! We had to wait outside for 20 minutes before a clerk even came to help us. Their customer service got out check in date wrong so we had to pay a walk in rate then I was informed I was to "stupid" to have not called them directly to set up my dates. The staff went through our belongings and even left the door open. Now the kicker, it was completely roach infested. We got no help or resolution from the hotel and not even the corporate office. When the manager called to tell me I owed them money, I got called several names after I told them I'd contact corporate. So disgusted. We will never stay at their hotels again.
