Frankly, I am really surprised to see so many low reviews on here. PRS manages few properties for myself, and also for several other people I know. PRS consistently do a great job of getting them rented, and keeping them rented. The manager I had been using recently retired, but nothing has changed with regard to quality and promptness of service. The reason I chose PRS instead of another management outfit is not just because they were recommended to me, but because after talking with 5 other management companies I preferred the very fair and straight forward fees, along with the thoroughly satisfying answers they gave me to all of my questions (and still do). The people who work in the office are super cool and friendly as well. My experience is not congruent with the other low ratings on this site at all, and it is my opinion (which is based off of a few years of service with these folks) that they are really great at managing rental properties. Any and all future properties within their area of operation will surely be turned over to them asap. Highly recommended!
Also, as a side note, this is my second rating for PRS on here because my first one mysteriously disappeared.
