This review is about the service department. I have had huge issues with trying to schedule an appointment with service for anything. Bought my Jeep here and was happy with the purchase but VERY dissapointed in the service department. Several times I have gone to their Web site and submitted my information for an appointment and never get a call back or email or ANY follow up. Several times I have also called for a service appointment and never received a return call to solidify the appointment. The dealership is close to me and I would love to take my Jeep in for service but it is ridiculous that I have to expend such a huge amount of customer effort to get an appointment!
