Run! This place is horrible! I had thought they were getting better once they had new management like Carolina, thinking the plumbing problems were going to get better, a week after we moved in, everything came up our tub, and the people in the office would be better after arguing with them about getting help with our smoking garbage disposal and one telling my boyfriend that he thought the only reason he was with me was to save on rent, but the new management showed their true colors after my boyfriend, who was on the lease and was in the hospital had passed. They didn't care that I had been out of state to be with him in his last hours and only needed a couple days to pay rent, they took me to court the day I came back because they had to treat my circumstances like everyone else, but could cancel if I came up with an amount they wrote on a sticky in the next hour. And after they took me to court they sent an invoice amount that wasn't even the same, and they tried to charge me $700 for carpet, they said they were going to replace, but after I challenged it, found they were only going to clean carpet. I am still waiting for an invoice that matches the amount they are charging. Not only do they have no compassion, but they try to charge you for more than you owe, looking for the suckers who just pay. Like I said, "RUN!"
