Wow! Finally an honest mechanic! We took my mom's vehicle in this morning and we're quoted around $500. We went to pick it up and they admitted they mis-diagnosed the problem and would need to do something else. They didn't charge us for the parts and labor they already put in and we just have to go back Monday to get the real problem fixed. Brian was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate the HONESTY. So many other mechanics could have twisted it or been deceptive and cost us more money. So THANK YOU PEP BOYS.
