Long wait times and difficult to schedule appointments. I had to use sick leave at work because the office is only open 4 days a week and in different locations on different days of the week making it impossible to get an appoint when you need one. I had invisalign braces, which need to be changed every two weeks and they send you home with 3 new trays at a time. If you do not receive new trays every 6 weeks, the treatment time is extended. Every time I went to schedule a new appointment, they would schedule it 7-8 weeks out, because they did not have appointment times in the 6 week time frame that I needed. Therefore, this office added months to my treatment time. When the trays were done, my teeth still did not look good and he basically told me he was not going to attempt to make any additional corrections because he could not retain the results. Waste of money.
