I received a flat tire on a Saturday night. Sunday morning there were NO auto places open. Used yelp and saw that pepboys was open. First time going to a pepboys as a car owner and called up and spoke to a gentleman I think named Mark. Great guest service. Let me know they were busy (as expected - it was the only place open!!!) but he asked me what I needed I let him know and he said he can squeeze me in an appointment. COOL! Get there early, I did wait about 45mins, my car was ready to know. Nail in one tire patched up, air in all tires, spare put away. I'm ready to pay... "You're good to go," he said. Okay I was going to follow him to pay. He informed me I didn't have to PAY!?!?! It was FREE!!! Why? Cause he signed me up for a new rewards card! Wow! Amazing service, quick, and signing me up to look out for me. I will definitely recommend this place!
