I will be talking to my ex husband about finding another dr because the staff has messed up bad on my billing. We have been coming here with 3 of our kids for years I want to say since they opened up. Dr young is great but the staff has no idea what they are doing. I have paid every bill of mine here and the one time my ex had taken my son to an appt on 2015 he no longer had a 2nd insurance but we had insurance. Because the 2nd ins showed not active after they already checked it. I think it was a combo of the insurance and the office. We got a bill for over 100 bucks for a visit and I called mutiple times and said you billed the wrong one now bill only mine his (mothers) well they now are sending us to collections after I left a message on the work voice mail in billing to call me again to figure out why. Well I'll tell you why. Most insurances won't pay a bill over a year that was messed up. So I'm site instead of them fixing this by writing it off because of the mistake they also made. They want to come after me for it. That's wrong and bad customer service. I still have not received a call back from billing on this bill that I called and lvm for them.
