VERY NICE guys but don't seem to want big jobs. Our home warranty company sent them to us. I think they probably came to our house before they even got the work order from the home warranty company. But when they saw the problem, they determined it was too big for them. My friend who works for an HVAC company is Northern California said, "too big" is code for "I don't want the job." I figured as much based on other reviews about this company. That's unfortunate. If you don't want the work, don't waste the time coming out. It's 95 degrees in my house and I am on day 3 of no AC.
