Don't know where to start on how five star this business is. After using several other iphone repair businesses around Vegas, which I've reviewed as well...I have finally found the one to stick with. It was so frustrating that I was going through so many businesses because my experiences were just so bad. Over and over it was the same situation: after several months, my phone screen or the phone had issues. I have gone to iMergency several times now and I think I'll break my phone again so I can experience the incredibly awesome service and work. I really won't do that but that's how nice Clint and Joe are. The first fix was my cracked screen which was done in about 10 minutes. The phone worked perfectly and Clint even installed a tempered glass to double the protection of my screen. Soon after, I took off for a trip to the beach and got a bit of saltwater under or around the screen - totally my fault as I know saltwater is one of the worst things for electronics. My phone went down and wouldn't work or charge. My birthday photos from this trip and tons of info were on my phone that I hadn't backed up in the last month. I took it back to Clint and he took my phone promptly to take a look. Now, I have my phone back, good as new with all my info and photos intact. Amazing. I thought my phone and everything in it that I hadn't updated in the last month was definitely a goner due to the sea water. Also, he is by far the most reasonably priced iphone repair business in town! Thanks to Yelp for steering me in this direction!
