I wish there was a rating below 1-star. I wish there was a platform more powerful than Yelp so that I could warn people about doing business with this dealership.
Simply put everything about this dealership is absolutely awful. Attention and respect from the sales people ends once the agreement is signed. The service department is completely disconnected from any sort of commitment to service. As I write this I am waiting for a shuttle to pick me up that was scheduled for 10 am, which, upon calling in at 10:30 am, I find out will be at least another 45 minutes late (keep in mind they have my number and I do in fact have a job I'm supposed to be at so that I could pay for these expensive vehicles).
I could go on all day but all-in-all, if you're going to be purchasing a vehicle, especially a vehicle as expensive as a BMW, you deserve an experience well beyond what this dealership is capable of, or interested in, providing.
