Terrible terrible customer service at this location! Waited for over 15 minutes for a latte! Which would not have been a big deal but of the 5-6 people working there ONE girl was actually busy. The kid at the drive thru was texting, the older lady at the register was standing off to the side talking to two employees that had already clocked out and another girl was taking a break. There were 4 people in the store total, 2 were waiting on drinks. Unbelievable....I felt bad for the one girl who was actually working her tail off making drinks. Never again at this Starbucks.
