We have relied on Home Depot so much this past year in buying our first home and renovation projects throughout. We specifically appreciate Keith, who we originally encountered in the appliance section last year, who later helped us get a great deal in purchasing and eventually getting two front doors installed. Folks in paint, tools/screws/etc, and all the cashiers have been awesome as well. This would have been a five star review if it weren't for one of the order fulfillment or customer service ladies who worked in the back. I'm not sure her name or title but she was exceptionally rude to my husband and I, risking the reputation of an otherwise awesome store experience. Hopefully we won't have to deal with her again and can continue to enjoy the others hard work!
