Horrible to deal with but the silver lining was I was able to use another vendor and save a few thousand for the same flooring.... the satisfaction of not giving this place my money was justice... multiple cancelled appointments by them but they wait until you walk in to tell you they aren't ready..... i wish I could give negative stars. Never an apology from them and ZERO returned calls ........I had to reach out to them one last time to let them know I was going elsewhere and that was a pleasure and the main boss refused to come to the phone instead she had her employee act as a Liason . Total JOKE in multiple ways total rip off also ..... like I said I saved several thousand going elsewhere for the same stuff .....on a 1-10 scale I rate this place negative -300
