I tried to take a Greyhound from Toronto to Buffalo Airport at 6 a.m. Our bus never turned up and we had to take a later one. Many air passengers including me missed our flights. The counter staff were frankly hostile and abusive with no idea what happened to our bus (ever heard of cell phones?!). Wrote to Greyhound twice and got no response to my request for a refund. Completely incompetent and uncaring company. The buses were nice. . . but the employees, worse than hopeless.
