Terrible customer service.
Staff was clearly more into chatting with their co workers than selling shoes. All 4 staff on were behind cash counter chatting. Had to go up to them to grab their attention. Very nicely asked for 2 sizes and was told the sizes were going to take a minute to grab since it's down the street ( no problem at all). Returned a few minutes later saying they found some in the back. Perfect! Asked for a size 8 and was given a 6 of the shoes. Patiently waited for about 5 minutes while another sales person walked by and completely ignored me being there, while I watched the original sales person who was grabbing me the sizes chit chat in the back with her Co workers who have all now disappeared to the back before I walked out.
