Located in the very nice and sleek Delano Hotel (of Mandalay Bay), this boutiquey feel of a hotel offers a boutiquey coffee place. Well, I wished they would offer up a Bucks or a Bean.
4 people in line should not take 10-15 mins to get your crafted order. 4 people behind the counter should streamline the whole operation, but instead, disorganization and slowness lives here.
Plus, the end product is not very good. I found the Delano Blend (the house coffee) watery. The Cafe Americano did not have the nice espresso bold flavor to it, again, too much water added.
It's well-designed, has varied seating from couches to communal high-tops, but that's the highlight. Else, it fails.
