Michael's answer: file a claim on your home warranty. These items are not covered, so this isn't the solution. A thorough and honest examination of the pool during inspection is what we were seeking. This would have allowed us to make informed decisions. That is why we paid for a separate pool inspection. When we have approached Michael about our issues, he has been very unprofessional, bordering on rude, each time. Don't use Michael or Affinity Pools for a pool inspection.
