I was not happy with my services at Derma Health in Chandler. I signed up for a tattoo removal package. The first time I went, my clinician was Jamie and she was phenomenal. The service was outstanding and I felt like I was at a quality clinic. I showed up four weeks later for my next treatment and was greeted by a completely different person. It would have been nice if they told me Jamie quit and I would be scheduled with a new person. There is a huge lack of communication here. The next appointment (again with someone new) I waited AN HOUR before getting in. Keep in mind I need to wait another 30 minutes for the numbing cream. I just feel the service has really gone down hill since my initial consultation and first visit. I have had appointment times changed without my knowledge and had to wait a long time on multiple occasions. The end result? My (very small and simple) tattoo is still there after 9 treatments. I feel like my money was wasted. I will be checking out other places. I would not recommend Derma Health for tattoo removal.
