We have used Shadetree for years at our home and on condos that we own. Their repair and replacement charges are always reasonably priced, they are honest and if there is ever a problem they make it right asap. Most of all they are very knowledgeable and clear about what needs to be repaired now and what can wait. I have found their staff to always be very professional and willing to answer many questions. I do not recommend many vendors but I always recommend them to my friends.
