My Mom received an FTD bouquet for her birthday prepared by Asya-Designer at Exclusive Flowers and Gifts. The flowers were pretty mix but were all jammed into a basket so that it looked like a round ball. You couldn't tell there was even a basket handle. In spite of copious watering of the foam block, the flowers started dying within 2 days. I contacted Exclusive by an email to their contact link. No reply or acknowledgment was received. The flowers had to go into the trash after 4 days. They offer a 10 day guarantee on their web site. Flowers from the grocery store are fresher and hold up a lot longer. Customers trust FTD and go through their local florist in other cities to place orders. Unfortunately this order ended up at Exclusive.
