Began coming here in the summer. I was initially hesitant to leave my threading to a chain as I've always gone to locally owned threading shops (Zara's in Richmond and Chadni's in the Triangle). Initially I just began coming to have my eyebrows and lip threaded. But eventually began doing all my waxing here as well (after a bad experience with another waxing chain). I am super picky about both my waxing and my threading. All the ladies here are top notch but I use Shanique for waxing and Payal for threading. The staff here is always courteous and punctual and just the right amount of chatty without being overbearing.
Though sometimes you do have to wait, the wait is never excessive or walk-out worthy and the prices are competitive. I come in once a month and get all the services done at one time and then I'm good to go. It truly is a one-stop-shop for your esthetic needs with a spa like attention to detail and customer service.
They often give discounts and they have a punch card system for frequent visitors. I will continue to frequent the shop into the future.
