My husband is a cameraman for spring training baseball, so he stays in Phoenix from Feb 20th- April 1st. He has stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years because of the cost. It is very affordable and every year the hotel gets better! They started doing upgrades to the hotel about 3 years ago and they're still going on. It really isn't a issue. There have been some circumstances where we didn't have hot water, but it was only for a day. Like I said for the cost and his long term stay its worth it. They go above and beyond to make sure my husband is comfortable. A couple years ago I lost my wedding ring in the pool and they took the time to look for it and get it (the pool is huge)! Pilo works at the front desk lobby and he is very sweet and accommodating. We enjoy seeing him every year. The location is perfect. Only thing negative is sometimes there will be teams of high school football players or basketball players that stay there and they can get a little rowdy. But it really isn't the hotels fault....we just try to stay away for that time and avoid the pool :/
