Do not use these people. We saw them at a home show and hired them do do new windows. First set of windows were measured wrong and didn't come near the existing window size. When we declined framing them in (which would change the shape of the windows making them different from all the other condos) he called us "stupid idiots".
The second set of windows was white and our condo association doesn't allow white. Our contract was for tan.
Well we never received our deposit of $3500. Back and he left the white windows against the side of condo. Took them to court and have a judgement against them. 6 months has passed and we have not gotten our money back.
