Me and my husband were putting off buying a house for well over a year. Due to a situation where we were renting, we decided to finally reach back out to Yessica to give this house buying a try. At first we were skeptical as a lot of people including friends and family told us that we needed to have a lot of money saved, that the house buying process was really stressful and that there was a lot of competition. These things which may be true, however for us the process was completely the opposite. Yessica took the time to explain to us the process from step 1 to step ?nth. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any calls, texts or emails. I'm very grateful for her, as she made us feel more confident throughout this house buying experience. I'm also thankful for the fact that she worked with us during our time off of work, resulting in us requesting no time off from work. Yessica provided us with options when it came out to making an offer on a house we liked, and her insight helped us not only have 1 offer accepted but 2!! Yessica is a truly exemplary woman! Her service is outstanding, remarkable and very personalized! We're happily living in our new home with no stress, and truly delighted and still cannot believe how easy this process was made by Yessica and her team at Occasio. In the future once we're ready to upgrade, we will definitely be contacting Yessica for her services!
