This store looks like an outlet or a warehouse. Boxes line the wall that are labeled "back stock". As if it is apart of the visuals in the store. Most XXI are already messy and no customer service but I am shocked on how bad this one is and what they get away with at this location. I wonder if their corporate office knows how poorly managed this store is.
