I just had Zerorez come clean carpets today and I was really impressed from the first phone call all the way up to the end of the carpet treatment. They gave me a 2hr window for my appt, showed up within the first hour of it. The technician Scott was really professional and did a fantastic job-he even let me try out their in home surface cleaner as well which I was really impressed with. Some people may think they cost more than other carpet cleaners but I thought the pricing was really reasonable-especially for the outcome. In all it only took and hour or so for my apartment to get taken care of today and was $135. The best part is the carpets seemed to dry relatively fast and there is NO odor which makes me so happy-I hate that dewy smell left behind by other carpet cleaning companies. Thank you for such a great experience, Scott really represented the company well and everyone I spoke with on the phone was awesome. I'm excited to have you guys in my phone as my carpet people
