I have not used their service personally but the short phone call experience is enough for me to never use a shop with horrible customer service and nasty attitude.
Had an older couple come up to me on the street asking for help finding this locksmith in particular, obviously they were lost. So I called the guy up asking for directions he tells me his operation is mobile which is cool, so I turn to the older couple to explain. This guy starts going off about you want my service or not or you just going to waste my time!!
I explained that I am trying to help out a customer of his and he hangs up on me.
