They quoted online a great price, I even called to confirm the price and asked the normal questions to include telling them the vehicle was financed and I needed full coverage. 7 months later after paying them every month I total my car to find out they only had liability and property on my coverage and they had NOT mentioned this to the finance company or me and now I have a lawyer working to get it settled. Thank goodness my daughter wasn't in the car at the time of the accident.
The first adjuster I spoke to also laughed at my situation when I was explaining it to her and then I had to call for two days to speak with her supervisor to try and resolve the situation.
