Would not recommend this company. A/C went out on Monday night. Their Customer service sent my phone a text at 0800hrs saying what time would be a good time to call you. Responded immediately saying call me now. No response from that company. Called that company and lady that answered phone said it was an automated text. Asked her the status on the repair. Stated we were scheduled between 1100 and 1500 hrs. Also stated the tech was on a job and we were next. Said it would be between 1.5 and 2.0 hours and he would be there. 1500hrs came and no one had showed. Called them again and female said let me call the tech. Put me on hold then hung up. Called them back. A guy answers the phone says let me check. Comes back on the line and says oh, your not scheduled till tomorrow. Told him what had transpired. Says it must have been the computer. Says there is nothing we can do... This place should not be in business. Extreme heat we have here in Vegas and they pull bullshit stunts like this. Steer clear of this dishonest, unorganized no account business..
