$20 and a long line-up for a Nitrogen fill (tires)? If you have a Costco membership, go there instead. It's free and the service is a ton better. We were at this one a few days ago. There was a long line up at the Auto Centre... so my Dad asked one of the sales associate whether we had to wait in the line to get the car serviced. His response? "Yes, Sir... but let me find out to be sure..." Wonderful! He comes back and tells yes "Sir, I was right... you'll have to wait in the line" So my Dad ends up waiting for 1 hour. I get tired and walk into the waiting area... no place to sit. After an hour's wait, I hear my Dad blasting the kid who asked him to stand in line. I hurry out. Turns out that the line was for "appointments only" and they weren't taking any newbies. What a waste of time. I am not basing the 1 star review off of one experience. Their sales associates almost never have time for customers, and when they do, they are never correct (about whatever you ask them). Boo-urns.
