Glenn here of "Scott Family Painting" in Toledo, OH. Today's date: Wed: 4-11-2018...Our Bid for property; 3423 Stonebrooke Ln, Maumee, OH. was submitted to Tim Patterson of 330 Exteriors. The bid was $11.000.00 with a required $3,100.00 deposit. Tim paid us the deposit after singing the proposal / contract. We finished painting the home, submitted the invoice but Tim Patterson mentioned that he did not have the funds because of a seven day hold placed on a check to his company "330 Exteriors. Tim looked me in the eye as he shook my hand reassuring me that we would be paid...as soon as the check cleared...that was 2 weeks ago and Tim Patterson has yet to return my phone calls and texting... So my review of Tim Patterson and 330 Exteriors is not good...I tried not clicking on the stars above in the select your rating menue but a No Star review would not go through...So I had to click one star for this review to post...I like the "Eek! Me thinks not... to the right of the stars the best... I recommend NOT doing business with Tim Patterson of 330 Exteriors... Regards Glenn
