The layout of this place is awful. The pharmacists, though, are great. I dropped off a prescription for a drug that usually has to be ordered and so I was a little worried when one of them left a message on my phone at 6pm on Canada Day asking me to call them back. Turns out the manufacturer suspended production of the drug for four weeks without warning or explanation (thanks a LOT, Theramed). I appreciated that the pharmacy team checked with all the other Shoppers in the city to see if they had any in stock and expressed what seemed like genuine concern for my ability to get through the next month (luckily, my paranoia about running out of this drug means that I try to stockpile a bit for exactly this reason). I made the switch to this location from a Shoppers on Dundas West for reasons of convenience, but I'll keep coming back for the customer service.
