I had a mower that wouldn't start (given to me by a buddy when he acquired it after buying a house). Called up and spoke to Sergio who had me bring it in. About 4 days later (he said it may take up to a week), he told me what the issue was and quoted me a very reasonable $64 for the fix, tuneup, and blade sharpening. I am so pleased, and will definitely be back if I ever have another issue.
