I can count on my drink order being wrong at least 4 out of 5 times at this location. Seriously. What is so difficult about paying attention to what is on the label they print out and put on the cup? I order an iced grande vanilla latte with WHOLE milk and I always get percent milk. For over $4 a drink, yes I want it to be right! I worked at Starbucks for 2 years so I know by the taste and the color my drink is wrong. I loved working at Starbucks back in the early 2000's where we actually learned how to pull espresso shots and steam milk. We had pride in what we did! Maybe that's the problem, there's no pride in making a drink by pushing a button. I stopped going to this location awhile back but decided to give it a try again because I was running late....and once again they proved they always get it wrong. Take the time to drive just up the block to the location at W. Craig and Tenaya (where they'll soon have a drive-thru)...my drink is always right and for some reason the espresso tastes so much better at this location!
