I give it a 3 for the ambiance and the cheese crisp being spectacular. Service needs a lot of work. I think our waitress spoke 3 sentences to us last night. We had to flag random servers a couple of times to get more water and chips as she never checked on us. We actually wanted dessert but she dropped the check without saying anything so we figured she didn't want us there anyway and got dessert somewhere else. I hate complaining, however I'm seeing terrible service becoming a trend everywhere so unless people complain nothing will ever get fixed. People work too hard to spend their money at establishments that don't take good care of them.
