DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
The owner and his co-owner wife are completely self-centered and have NO CLUE nor CARE on how to properly run a business or treat their customers and employees.
Constant lack of consideration for both paying customers and the employees. Staff is overworked (they are always short-staffed on weekends), but "management" can't help because they don't know how. The only people there that know what they are doing, and try to help as best they can, are the front counter retail guys, but nobody there seems to care that those guys are the only ones keeping the doors open.
Oh, and don't bother getting quoted on a time-frame as to when your order will be ready, because it doesn't make a difference. And if it IS ready on time, it will probably be incorrect because management doesn't care enough to check, and the staff is given no motivation/incentive to care enough to make sure they are doing it properly.
I have been dealing with this place for YEARS AND YEARS, and trust me when I say, I know exactly what i am talking about.
