Came to this Hospital's Emergency Department at midnight with an issue for which we have a follow up appointment at 9am at the Cleveland Clinic. We were greeted promptly and the situation was treated with compassion and empathy. EVERY STAFF MEMBER we encountered was absolutely wonderful. Very happy with the visit.

In contrast with the last review, insurance was never checked until after we were in a room and care had began. Irony is that the insurance is Obamacare and is considered Medicaid. Staff treatment of us never changed from before knowing what insurance we had.
